Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee delivery governance, ensure operational stability, and enhance client satisfaction while managing multiple multicultural teams remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
• Steer the structure to meet C-Level established KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across diverse teams globally

Required qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery, managing multiple client engagements
• Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
• Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
