Job Summary
A company is looking for a Delivery Lead to facilitate software delivery and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable and facilitate teams to deliver software products to achieve business outcomes
- Provide delivery assurance and address issues that may destabilize delivery
- Create and maintain a delivery plan, tracking and reporting on progress
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in leading co-located and remote teams
- Deep understanding of agile and lean delivery principles
- Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of software products
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in facilitating teams across various roles and disciplines
