Delivery Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead software projects and support team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and manage teams of developers and designers
- Lead delivery of agile custom design and development software projects, including scoping and risk management
- Provide coaching, career guidance, and formal feedback to team members while ensuring a healthy project backlog
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in managerial software roles
- Proven experience managing Agile software delivery projects using methodologies such as Scrum, XP, or Kanban
- Ability to provide actionable feedback and support team members' growth and development
- Experience in client engagement with a consultative approach to project scoping
- Familiarity with architecture-level concerns such as scalability and security is a plus
