Delivery Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand program requirements and objectives
• Lead the onboarding process, including scoping, planning, and executing implementations
• Plan and execute integration projects, including gathering requirements, configuring, testing, and deploying solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in a similar integration or technical role within a SaaS or technology-focused company
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role in Professional/Delivery Services or Consulting
• Strong technical proficiency with integration tools, APIs, and experience with common SaaS platforms
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
