Job Summary
A company is looking for a Demographic Specialist to ensure the accuracy and flow of demographic data and claims within the Revenue Cycle team.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate and map doctors/insurance data to the practice management system
- Analyze and correct incoming demographic data from client interfaces
- Adjust claims as needed to resolve system edits and ensure accurate submissions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 2+ years of related experience in billing, claims, or healthcare services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Imagine (billing software) and Availity (clearinghouse) preferred
