Job Summary

Leading dental provider recruitment and contracting strategies, the full-time Dental Contract Negotiation Manager will manage daily activities, implement ground campaigns, and enhance provider experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Leads planning and implementation of regional recruiting campaigns for dental providers
• Develops best practices for successful provider negotiations and improves network utilization
• Creates and implements projects aimed at enhancing provider experiences and supports network management on critical initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of health or dental insurance experience or 3+ years in provider contracting or sales/account management
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of dental provider contracting and healthcare products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and project management tools
• Experience in leading projects or initiatives
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional qualification experience
