Design Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Assurance Engineer to support new product development in the Infectious Diseases Emerging Market Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote regulatory and customer requirements awareness across the organization
• Standardize Design Control procedures and practices across sites
• Provide ongoing risk management and design assurance expertise to project teams

Required Qualifications

• Primary Degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology
• 2-3 years of Quality Engineering/Design Assurance experience in a regulated environment (ISO13485/FDA)
• Formal training in Medical Device Risk Management and Process Validation is beneficial
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 10% of the time
