Job Summary
A company is looking for a Developer Support Specialist to join their Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve developer questions regarding API authentication and integration
- Help customers design schemas and support development of analytics and applications based on data
- Provide technical guidance on effective use of data products and debug data connectors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or relevant work experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or similar BI tools), and JavaScript or Python
- 1-3 years experience in a Technical Support environment or similar technical role
- Experience building or troubleshooting REST APIs
- Good understanding of ETL and Data Warehousing fundamentals
