Development Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Consultant to support fundraising strategies for various campaigns in the Midwest Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for field campaign income and provide support for Heart Challenge, Go Red For Women, and Heart Ball events
• Create and deliver training programs and best practices for staff and volunteers
• Conduct evaluations and gap meetings to identify areas for improvement in campaign execution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, outside sales, or a non-profit organization
• Knowledge of community organization, sales, fundraising, and marketing principles
• Minimum of 2 years of volunteer and/or staff management experience preferred
• Ability to analyze financial data and use spreadsheets and databases
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 or higher
