Job Summary
A company is looking for a Development Programs Director - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational planning for the External Relations vertical
- Enhance systems and processes for improved quality, productivity, and efficiency
- Manage vertical projects and special initiatives to align with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- At least 7 years of programmatic leadership experience or 10 years of project management experience
- Experience in philanthropic programmatic leadership at a large organization preferred
- Ability to work with high-level clientele (benefactors) preferred
- Proficiency in technology use is required
