Job Summary
A company is looking for a Development Specialist to enhance financial support and fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and cultivate relationships with prospective donors
- Develop and implement donor stewardship and major gifts programs
- Organize fundraising events and oversee the fundraising database
Required Qualifications and Education
- Must embrace the mission of the organization
- Experience in fundraising techniques, particularly with individual and corporate gifts
- Ability to implement and work with Salsa CRM, Action Network, or similar programs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in non-profit fundraising
- Willingness to learn about trauma-informed approaches
