DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing sales engineering team, the full-time remote DevOps Engineer will develop and improve internal toolsets, automate tasks in the sales and delivery process, and manage infrastructure for critical web-based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance internal tools to support Sales Engineers in delivering customer value
• Automate tasks related to the VAST sales and delivery process
• Manage infrastructure for critical web-based applications and maintain Docker-based applications

Required qualifications

• Experience managing AWS infrastructure and services such as ECR, ECS, ALB, S3, and EC2
• Proficiency in software development practices and at least one programming language, preferably JavaScript
• Experience with Linux/Unix/Windows shell scripting
• Knowledge of IP-based networking technologies and services, including DHCP, DNS, and routing protocols
• Experience in writing technical documentation for both internal and external audiences
