DevOps Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a 6-month contract, the DevOps Platform Engineer will design, build, and manage cloud-native infrastructure for Speckle and Databricks, ensuring robust and production-ready platforms for global deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure supporting Speckle and Databricks services
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for consistent deployments
• Implement and manage Kubernetes environments, ensuring scalability and resilience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
• Proficiency in Azure cloud platform and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms and YAML configuration
