Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Banking Fraud Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review fraud risk from various prevention systems
- Identify, prevent, and mitigate digital banking fraud losses
- Assist customers with fraud-related issues and handle inbound calls
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of financial services experience
- Knowledge of fraud detection tools and digital banking systems
- Experience in online banking fraud prevention and detection
- Ability to conduct client phone interviews to identify fraud/scams
- Knowledge and experience with root cause analysis
