Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Coordinator to oversee and optimize digital tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation and daily use of digital tools, including Microsoft 365 and Jamf
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on software applications and hardware systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Jamf or similar device management software
  • Strong understanding of Apple and PC hardware management
  • Preferred additional certifications in various software
