Job Summary
Supporting the daily execution of digital marketing programs for a large portfolio of pharmacy customers, the full-time Digital Marketing Implementation Coordinator will manage organic social media scheduling, paid ad deployment, campaign monitoring, and customer support in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and monitor paid Facebook ad campaigns while ensuring accurate budget and audience settings
- Manage the monthly organic content calendar and schedule social media posts to maintain a professional digital presence
- Perform detailed audits of customer subscriptions and campaigns, resolving errors and responding to digital marketing requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong ability to explain digital marketing concepts to non-technical pharmacy owners
- High proficiency with Meta Business Suite and familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Tiger Pistol
- Process-first mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of tasks
- Experience in customer service or account coordination is preferred
