Job Summary
Leading digital initiatives, the full-time remote Digital Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online experience for Pro customers by optimizing search, navigation, and product discovery across digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the digital experience strategy for Pro digital properties to improve customer engagement
- Analyze customer behavior and data to identify opportunities for enhancing product discovery and conversion rates
- Communicate insights and strategic priorities to leadership while managing annual strategic calendars for merchandising divisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of relevant experience in eCommerce or digital product management
- 3-5 years of experience in omnichannel merchandising or brand management
- Experience utilizing customer behavior and site analytics to drive digital improvements
- 1-3 years of leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
