Digital Programme Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end rebuild of a flagship website, the full-time Digital Programme Manager will drive delivery, optimize performance, and ensure a compelling digital experience in a remote, 9-month fixed-term contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of a major website rebuild from concept through to launch and beyond
• Act as the bridge between brand and digital, ensuring customer-led and commercially sharp experiences
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize using data to inform decisions and improve performance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of CMS, LMS, LXP, and digital ecosystems
• Experience in fast-paced, global B2B environments
• Confidence using project management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions
