Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Retouching Manager to oversee image retouching for their Post Production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retouching work by assigning jobs and ensuring quality of completed images
- Develop and test improvements in the retouching process to enhance workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to refine retouching processes
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Photography or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in retouching or digital image specialization
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Bridge, Photoshop, and Lightroom
- Familiarity with Google Suite and project management tools like Airtable
- Experience in developing and implementing complex retouching workflows
