Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Solutions Product Owner, Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage data flows for reporting solutions, act as a product owner for business solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders to enhance internal offerings
• Proactively monitor program performance, perform technical analysis to support business requirements, and develop data visualizations for trend communication
• Independently complete projects, prioritize tasks, and provide key insights for decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years or master's degree with 3 years of experience in life insurance, healthcare, consulting, data analysis, or program management
• Experience in conducting research, optimizing operational processes, and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Excel, and data visualization techniques
• Knowledge of the life insurance industry, underwriting, and business operations is a plus
