Job Summary

- Evolve and implement a comprehensive global DEIB strategy aligned with company values and business objectives
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate DEIB goals into overall business plans
- Design and deliver training, tools, and experiences that promote awareness of DEIB and embed belonging into company culture
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience driving DEIB
- Strong understanding of DEIB best practices and trends in the technology industry
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights on a macro and micro scale
- Ability to advise on current DEI events, developments, and trends
