Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution and implementation of digital experience strategy roadmaps
- Build, measure, and learn via rapid prototyping and testing with real users
- Ensure digital products meet mandated accessibility requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, service, marketing, UX research, design, or product development
- 5 years of experience managing teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
