• Coach managers in effective people and delivery management through one-on-one meetings
• Set strategic engineering goals, ensure team effectiveness, and clear roadblocks for efficient operations

Required Qualifications:

• Experience leading engineering teams in the Product Operating Model
• Excel in rapid experimentation and metrics-driven environments
• Worked on scalable mobile applications and have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
