Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner - Commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management - Develop and execute people strategy, performance calibration, and succession planning
- Organizational Design and Effectiveness - Provide support for organizational design, restructuring, and recruiting strategy
- Generalist HR Management - Maintain relationships with business units, implement HR programs, and ensure budget compliance
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Basic understanding of commercial operations
- Budgeting and financial competence
- Experience in the CPG industry is preferred
