Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in guiding and executing the people strategy within a global context
- Lead and develop a team of HRBPs to drive impact and excellence in HR programs

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing HR professionals
- Proven track record in partnering with and driving success in fast-paced environments
- Deep expertise in HR practices such as performance management, organizational development, and change management
