Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Market Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead process improvement activities to enhance workflow efficiency between market Population Health Clinical Operations and Shared Services
Serve as a liaison between PHCO leaders and local markets, gathering and sharing business requirements and insights
Address high-priority local market concerns, collaborate with internal teams for resolution, and communicate updates back to local market leaders

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
7+ years of experience in utilization management and health insurance
1-3 years of supervisory/management experience
