Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Account Management for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of field representatives to achieve sales goals and quotas
- Contribute to regional sales forecasts and implement sales strategies to meet financial objectives
- Coach account managers, maintain customer relationships, and assist in sales training
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in selling health insurance-based products
- 1-3 years of leading a sales team with proven performance
- Interest in process improvements and Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to changes, work in a team environment, and prioritize work efficiently
