Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Account Management to oversee account strategies and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide quarterly financial planning and manage P&L for strategic accounts
- Manage customer escalations and coordinate multi-site functions to exceed expectations
- Oversee contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction across all sites
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience
- Experience with Value Add services and an industrial customer base
- Expertise in operations, technical skills, and customer relationship management
- Thorough understanding of the function and strategic impact across sites
