Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Account Management to oversee account strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide quarterly financial planning and manage P&L for strategic accounts
  • Manage customer escalations and coordinate multi-site functions to exceed expectations
  • Oversee contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction across all sites

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience
  • Experience with Value Add services and an industrial customer base
  • Expertise in operations, technical skills, and customer relationship management
  • Thorough understanding of the function and strategic impact across sites
