Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management (all genders).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term customer retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and drive product adoption

Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in enterprise software sales or account management, particularly in SaaS environments
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proven success in value-based selling and managing complex sales cycles
  • Experience with large Fortune 500 client engagements and driving long-term growth
  • Strong track record of developing executive-level relationships and directing strategic initiatives
