Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Account Management (all genders).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term customer retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in enterprise software sales or account management, particularly in SaaS environments
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven success in value-based selling and managing complex sales cycles
- Experience with large Fortune 500 client engagements and driving long-term growth
- Strong track record of developing executive-level relationships and directing strategic initiatives
