Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for scalable and efficient data annotation processes
• Oversee the end-to-end data annotation lifecycle and collaborate with operational teams to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks
• Implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for AIML/data annotation services and facilitate communication between sales and other departments

Required Qualifications

• At least 15 years of work experience, with up to 5 years in AIML/Data Annotation operational leadership
• Familiarity with domains such as NLP, computer vision, or speech processing
• Strong leadership skills to guide and develop sales teams
• Ability to develop long-term strategies aligning with organizational objectives
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
