Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Analytics and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and implementation for provider data and analytics within the organization
- Oversee the design and maintenance of reporting systems and analytics tools
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of reporting and analytics initiatives
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare reporting or analytics within a large organization
- 3+ years of management experience leading data teams in value-based performance reporting
- Proven expertise in value-based performance reporting
- Proficiency in data analysis reporting tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Power BI, Python) preferred
