Job Summary
A company is looking for an Interim Director of Benefits for a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of global benefits strategies, including health and wellness programs
- Oversee leave and accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors, including negotiation and contract management
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing benefits programs, with 5+ years in a global benefits role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
- In-depth knowledge of global benefits and compliance with local regulations
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data
- Experience managing total rewards programs, including compensation, is a bonus
