Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Director of Benefits for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and management of global benefits strategies, including health and wellness programs
  • Oversee leave and accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors, including negotiation and contract management

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience managing benefits programs, with 5+ years in a global benefits role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of global benefits and compliance with local regulations
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data
  • Experience managing total rewards programs, including compensation, is a bonus
