Director of Biostatistics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Biostatistics to support early phase clinical development with a focus on solid tumors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clinical trials and develop statistical analysis plans
• Facilitate implementation of statistical analyses and provide input for study conduct and scientific presentations
• Participate in process improvement, training, and mentoring junior statisticians

Required Qualifications and Education

• Master's Degree with at least 10 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with at least 8 years of experience in clinical drug development
• Knowledge of SAS and/or R is strongly desirable
• Experience with clinical trials and knowledge of regulatory guidance are required
• Oncology experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work within a team and independently
