Director of BPO Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, BPO Strategy & Governance to lead a team focused on operational excellence in an internal BPO division.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and strategy for the BPO Strategy & Governance team
• Provide direction and inspiration across all levels of operations
• Utilize project management techniques to track and adjust ongoing projects

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with direct BPO interaction or vendor management
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement or Contract Management functions
• 8+ years of experience managing and scaling large projects and processes
• 6+ years of experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or Project Management methodologies
• Bachelor's level education preferred
