A company is looking for a Director, Account Management Business Analysis & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business insights and reporting team to develop actionable insights for strategic decisions
• Manage internal/external customer reporting needs and performance tracking
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and enhance organizational initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in group settings
• Experience in business analysis and development of metrics driving business decisions
