Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Business Development to lead a team focused on creating qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor Associate Account Executives (AAEs) to identify and create qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance opportunity management and qualification processes
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics related to meetings booked and pipeline generated
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a technical product
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Familiarity with sales operations and/or marketing automation software
- Understanding of B2B software and the developer product space
- Passion for technology and continuous learning in the DevOps field
