Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development to lead a team focused on creating qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and mentor Associate Account Executives (AAEs) to identify and create qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance opportunity management and qualification processes
  • Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics related to meetings booked and pipeline generated

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a technical product
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Familiarity with sales operations and/or marketing automation software
  • Understanding of B2B software and the developer product space
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning in the DevOps field
