Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Call Center to oversee daily operations of a remote customer service team in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a remote team of Customer Service Specialists and Team Leads
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- Analyze key performance indicators and generate reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years managing customer service teams in a remote environment
- At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
- Strong understanding of healthcare organization engagement and support workflows
- Experience with telehealth or remote patient monitoring technologies is a plus
