Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and technical supervision of claim management activities
• Analyze historic claim data to identify trends and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct training for Claims Management staff and oversee compliance with litigation guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management sciences, healthcare, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of medical professional liability claims experience, with at least five years in a supervisory role
• Advanced knowledge of insurance coverage and claims resolution processes
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
