Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Client Services to lead and nurture client relationships and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior client management and executive teams
- Monitor client opportunities and ensure accounts meet profitability goals
- Mentor delivery resources and manage large-scale delivery initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in account/client management roles
- 2+ years in modern data architecture development, preferably in consulting
- Bachelor's degree required; MA/MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Experience managing a geographically dispersed workforce
- Experience in planning/forecasting and managing project budgets
