Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Clinical Pipeline Operations and Alliance Management to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize the clinical development organization for novel medicines
• Oversee clinical program management functions and organize budgets, headcount, and timelines
• Collaborate with the portfolio pipeline team to articulate clinical pipeline strategy and assist in corporate presentations

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in operational and alliance management roles in pharma/biotech or consulting
• Strong operational acumen with the ability to organize timelines, budgets, and headcount
• Science education background with a deep understanding of biotech/pharma
• Prior experience leading a matrixed cross-functional team
• Passion for biology and the application of science to new medicine discovery
