Director of Clinical Transformation Analytics
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Transformation Analytics to lead strategic analytics for transformative clinical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with behavioral design teams to assess project needs and develop plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional leaders on data delivery, governance, and technology
- Develop and mentor a team of data scientists on complex projects
Required Qualifications and Education
- PhD preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related fields
- 10+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred
- 5 years of leadership experience strongly preferred, with at least 2 years required
- Experience in healthcare analytics, particularly with EHR and healthcare data
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data processing and statistical programming
