Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Cloud Operations to shape and execute its global SaaS strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Global Cloud and Customer Experience department strategy
- Ensure high performance, stability, availability, security, and data integrity of cloud services
- Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing cloud operations teams while driving process improvements
Required Qualifications and Education
- 10+ years of related work experience in cloud operations
- Experience leading a global operations team in a 24x7 environment
- Proven experience in managing profit and loss statements and budgeting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Domain knowledge of information security management frameworks and regulatory requirements
