Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Credit and Collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish key performance indicators for the credit and collections team
- Manage a commercial collections portfolio while ensuring excellent customer service
- Monitor industry trends and implement process improvements for credit and collections policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in shared services, with recent experience in Credit & Collections
- Ability to influence and negotiate credit decisions
- Experience with HighRadius is a plus
- Ability to train and motivate a team effectively
