Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Acquisition Credit Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to develop strategies for managing exposure, engagement, and fraud losses
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to enhance credit and fraud strategies
- Establish criteria for new customers and optimize credit exposure decisions
Required Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of experience in financial services focusing on credit and fraud strategies
- Experience with data analysis using SQL and programming tools such as Python or R
- Quantitative background in engineering, statistics, math, economics, or related fields
- Experience in leading and developing analytical teams
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, such as FCRA and Reg Z, is a plus
