Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Experience to lead the transformation of customer experience across B2C and B2B platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy, including customer journey mapping and feedback analysis
- Lead and manage a team of web developers and UX/UI designers to ensure high performance and collaboration
- Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field
- 5-8 years of experience in customer experience or product management
- Strong understanding of software engineering and digital marketing
- Experience with budgeting, vendor contract negotiations, and fiscal management
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional partners
