Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations responsible for managing logistics and customer relations across multiple warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers at regional or corporate levels
  • Manage operations to meet defined financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead and develop Group Logistics Managers to ensure effective operations

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Eight or more years of logistics/supply chain experience in multiple locations
  • Five or more years of experience developing and implementing logistics solutions
  • Six or more years of experience managing and developing direct reports
  • Five or more years of P&L responsibility, including financial forecasting
