Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Cloud Consumption Customer Success Strategy & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned with the company's cloud business vision
- Define KPIs, create reports, and analyze data to drive customer success improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on customer needs and optimize processes
Required Qualifications and Education
- Minimum 10 years of experience in customer success strategy & operations or management consulting
- Experience in cloud infrastructure business aligned with hyperscalers like AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS business models
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 8+ years of relevant people management experience preferred
