Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Cloud Consumption Customer Success Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned with the company's cloud business vision
  • Define KPIs, create reports, and analyze data to drive customer success improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on customer needs and optimize processes

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in customer success strategy & operations or management consulting
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure business aligned with hyperscalers like AWS or Azure
  • Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS business models
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant people management experience preferred
