Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy and Operations, Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement customer experience strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Define gold standards for CX KPI tracking and implement dashboard system for visibility
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, with 5 years in a senior leadership role in a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and deliver results
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and commitment to exceptional experiences
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and initiatives
  • Proficiency in customer experience management tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms
