Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Data Science & Engineering to lead data strategy and infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a strategic vision for data science and engineering
- Oversee the development of scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of data professionals
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in data science or data engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven ability to execute strategic roadmaps for data initiatives
- Strong expertise in modern data engineering tools and frameworks
- Experience with data governance and compliance in regulated industries
- Experience in hiring and mentoring technical teams
