Director of Defense Capture Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Defense Capture Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of major proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and white papers for DoD and allied customers
• Qualify and pursue opportunities aligned with CJADC2 priorities, leveraging insights from relevant service-level organizations
• Manage technical inputs and narratives for complex solicitations, ensuring alignment with government stakeholder needs

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated operational experience in CJADC2 at tactical, operational, or strategic levels
• Significant familiarity with the DoD acquisition process and experience working with program managers and contracting officers
• Aptitude for building and refining processes for proposal and capture management activities
• Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, finance, and product development
• Eligibility to obtain a security clearance
